The Leofoto SA-X Series tripods are one of the most compact collapsed setups on the market with a perfectly balanced weight to strength ratio. The "X" version has a newly designed apex with a rosette connector for SA-X rifle heads AND a 3/8" mounting screw to attach any standard 3/8" head. The rosette connector provides an extremely stable connection between the tripod's apex and the base of the head. The angle stop design has also been improved from the standard pull tab to a knurled bar which allows the user to adjust the angles with only one hand as opposed to two. The SA-X Series offers unparalleled versatility, built as a hunter’s companion who also enjoys long days on the range, but most requested by military, law enforcement, competitive shooters or those simply looking for one of the most compact and reliable shooting supports on the market. The SA-X Series tripods offer maximum rigidity, capable of supporting non-traditional shooting positions with a heavy load capacity. These tripods feature three angle stop positions to increase shooting capabilities and a compact design which maintains a small footprint, creating a tripod setup which is extremely easy to pack and carry on the go.

The Leofoto MK-40X Rifle Ball Head With Lever-Release Arca Clamp was designed specifically to be used on an SA-X tripod, but it features both the SA-X rosette connection as well as a standard 3/8" mounting socket. The head features an elongated knob for easy locking and unlocking of the ball, accompanied by a smaller tension control knob. The elongated knob is the perfect length to be used with a rifle clamping mount to not interfere with the large mount. The clamp is Arca compatible.

The Leofoto GS-3 Rifle Clamp Mount securely holds equipment without a pre-existing mount port/interface to a tripod. It is fully ambidextrous and features inward-angled jaws that wedge equipment into the clamp for a secure fit. The GS-3 has a double start thread that allows both jaws to move together, providing a center of balance for products between 1-3 inches in width. The textured rubber pads on the GS-3 are designed to create maximum surface area grip and hold equipment securely in place, preventing any slipping or movement during use. This rifle clamp mount can be attached to any ballhead or clamp that accepts an arca-type rail and also can be mounted directly to a tripod via a 3/8" mounting stud.
