At this time, we do not accept cash, check or money orders nor do we offer any sort of layaway or COD service.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. 

Alternatively, you can log in to your account to track your order.

No, you may only use one discount per order. 

Before your order is shipped, you can change or cancel your order by emailing us at info@leofotousa.com.

If your order has already been processed to ship, we are unable to change or cancel your order. You are more than welcome to return the product/s to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

If an item is marked as "Pre-Order," this item is not available to ship yet. 

We will email you with the estimated delivery date range. Please be aware that dates are approximate and are subject to change.

 

Your credit card will be charged at the time that your order is placed to hold your spot in line.

Yes, we ship internationally. 

International orders over $299.00 USD qualify for free express worldwide shipping.

For orders under $299.00 USD, there's a flat shipping fee of $25.

Delivery time is dependent on Customs Clearance/Local Postal Agent.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any duty or tax-related costs.

If you suspect that your package is lost or delayed, please contact our customer support team at info@leofotousa.com with your order number, and we will review the information to see how we can best assist you.

In most cases, we will file a shipping claim on your behalf and wait for the investigation to conclude. Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your package as soon as possible.
